Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Deposit To secure a moving date and time with A Movers, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. The deposit guarantees your reservation and is deducted from the final bill upon completion of the move.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. However, last-minute cancellations cause significant logistical losses for our team.

More than 48 hours notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) within 30 days, but will not be refunded.

Less than 48 hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled move, the deposit is forfeited in its entirety to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of the move will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum charge (e.g., 2 or 3 hours of labor).
3. No Refunds on Services Rendered Once the moving services have been completed and payment has been processed, all sales are final.

A Movers does not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or subjective dissatisfaction with the service duration.

Any concerns regarding the quality of service or potential damages must be raised during the move or immediately upon completion before the movers depart. Payment of the final invoice serves as confirmation that the services were rendered to the customer's satisfaction.
4. Exceptions Refunds are only considered in the event that A Movers fails to provide the scheduled service due to our own negligence or operational failure (e.g., our truck does not show up). In such rare cases, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
